This Parent/Guardian Consent & Child Account Authorization (this “Consent”) is entered into by the individual accepting it (the “Parent/Guardian”, “you”, or “Account Owner”) in favour of Smart Health and Science ZZP (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”). By accepting this Consent, you authorise your child (the “Child”) to access and use the Service and, where applicable, you provide verifiable parental consent under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule (“COPPA”).

2. Definitions
For purposes of this Consent:
- “Service” means the website and services available at https://kuki-kuki.com, including extracurricular educational content and learning progress tracking.
- “Child” means a minor user for whom you have parental responsibility or legal guardianship.
- “Account Owner” means the Parent/Guardian who creates, manages, and controls the Child’s account.
- “Privacy Notice” means our privacy notice describing processing of personal data.
- “Terms” means the Kuki-Kuki Terms and Conditions.
3. Authority; Representations and Warranties
3.1 Parental Authority. You represent and warrant that you are the Child’s Parent/Guardian and that you have the legal authority to (a) authorise the Child’s use of the Service and (b) provide any consents required for the collection, use, and disclosure of the Child’s personal information.
3.2 Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate account information and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the Child’s use of the Service.
4. Grant of Authorisation
Subject to your continued compliance with this Consent, the Terms, and the Privacy Notice, you hereby authorise:
(a) Account Creation and Operation. The creation and operation of one or more Child accounts for children aged 6-17, each controlled by you as Account Owner;
(b) Child Access to Extracurricular Educational Services. The Child’s access to and use of the Service as extracurricular educational enrichment; and
(c) Data Processing for Service Operation. The processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Notice, solely for the purposes of: (i) providing and operating the Service, (ii) ensuring security and integrity, (iii) preventing fraud and misuse, (iv) providing customer support, and (v) complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. COPPA — Verifiable Parental Consent (United States; Children Under 13)
5.1 When COPPA Applies. Where COPPA applies (including, without limitation, where the Child is under thirteen (13) years of age and located in the United States, or where we otherwise must comply with COPPA), this Consent constitutes your verifiable parental consent for our collection, use, and disclosure of the Child’s personal information as described in the Privacy Notice, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
5.2 Direct Notice. For COPPA-covered processing, we provide you with direct notice describing our information practices as required by law.
5.3 Verification Method. We will verify your consent via a small credit-card charge (micro-charge) or an equivalent method reasonably designed to confirm you are the Child’s Parent/Guardian.
6. Data Categories Processed
In connection with the Service, we may process the following categories of personal data, as further described in the Privacy Notice:
6.1 Parent/Guardian Data. Parent email address; Parent Wallet balance; deposit/withdrawal history and related transaction metadata; and communications with customer support.
6.2 Child Data. Child name, internal account identifier, and Child email address (optional, if provided).
6.3 Learning Progress Data. Lesson completion status, quiz responses and results, timestamps, and progress metrics.
6.4 Technical and Security Data. Device and browser information, IP address and IP-derived security signals, logs relating to authentication and fraud prevention, and operational error logs.
6.5 Support Communications. Any communications you or the Child submit to customer support, if applicable.
6.6 No Live Classes; No Social Features. The Service does not provide live classes, chat, community features, or user-to-user messaging. Video/audio lessons are delivered as non-live content.
7. Sharing; Service Providers; No Advertising Use
7.1 Service Providers (Processors). We may disclose personal data to vetted third-party service providers acting on our behalf as processors (e.g., hosting, security, billing, and customer support), subject to contractual obligations regarding confidentiality, security, and processing instructions.
7.2 Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose personal data to competent authorities or other parties where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect children, users, or the integrity and security of the Service.
7.3 No Advertising. We do not serve advertisements on the Service and do not permit service providers or third parties to use children’s personal data for advertising purposes.
8. International Transfers
We may process personal data outside the Child’s or Parent/Guardian’s country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate transfer safeguards. Transfer mechanism: the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914, Module 2 — controller to processor) with each non-EU/EEA processor; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the processor is DPF-certified; and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs (or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement) for transfers from the United Kingdom.

10. Parental Rights; Withdrawal; Account Controls
10.1 Rights Requests. Subject to applicable law and verification of your authority, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the Child’s personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
10.2 Withdrawal of Consent/Authorisation. You may withdraw this Consent at any time. Withdrawal will terminate the Child’s authorisation to access the Service and may require us to disable or delete the Child’s account, subject to lawful retention requirements described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Acknowledgements
By accepting this Consent, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) you are the Child’s Parent/Guardian and have authority to provide this authorisation and any consents described herein;
(b) you have read and understood the Privacy Notice and the Terms, each of which is incorporated by reference; and
(c) where COPPA applies, you understand that we provide direct notice and obtain verifiable parental consent as required, and that material changes to COPPA-covered practices may require renewed notice and consent, as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
12. Records; Versioning; Electronic Acceptance
12.1 Electronic Acceptance. You agree that your electronic acceptance of this Consent (including by clicking an “I agree” button or equivalent mechanism) constitutes your legally binding signature.
12.2 Consent Records. We may maintain records of your acceptance of this Consent, including the date/time of acceptance, the version accepted, and associated account identifiers, for compliance and audit purposes.
